Ad Series Occlusal Reduction Burs
A special endodontic bur that combines a round bur
for initial penetration with a Diamond plated long taper
to widen the pulp chamber and the canal walls.
The AD Occlusal Reduction burs havs a unique design that stops the bur at
the designated depth. These burs have a coarse Diamond grit which allows
a quick cutting through the structure. Strauss recommends using a lot of
water to remove the debris while cutting through the tooth and Amalgam
structures. The AD series is designed for occlusal reduction in all crown
preparations (PFM, PFZ and All Ceram).
