Periodontal Root Planning Kit
A new set designed for optimal root planning and smoothing, the removal of
Enamel pearls, dental calculus, adhesive and debris - making the root receptive and
smooth surfaced for regeneration and the continuation of the Periodontal treatment.
The new Periokit was designed with Dr Meizi Eliezer, Periodontal Specialist of the
Bern University in Switzerland.
The versatile set offers easy access at any point or depth, also enabling the
physician to choose the method of treatment; surgical (opening a flap) or Minimal
Invasive with the precision burs allowing for maximum versatility.
The set includes various shapes and lengths of Diamond burs allowing for easy
access including special laser markings for maintaining accurate working depth.
The set includes High and Low speed burs, in 3 different grit levels, allowing the
doctor maximum versatility to control the process and procedure.
Recommended speed of use is 10K RPM (recommended range 8K-120K RPM).
When working on hard stone, enamel pearls or adhesive, start with the BLUE
marked bur and proceed to the YELLOW marked bur for optimal results.
